We need to eat food to make our bodies work.

If we don’t eat the right foods, our bodies don’t work as well as they can. 

 

There are many different types of foods. Some are healthy and some are not so healthy.

It is important that we eat plenty of healthy, everyday foods. 

Healthy foods give us fuel for energy to help us play and do our work.
They also help us to grow and stay well.
