You have been given a large piece of land just outside of your town. It is not easy for one farmer to look after all different kinds of animals, so you will need to choose the best and most useful animal to farm on your new piece of land.

How much space does the animal need to live?

Which animals would suit the climate in your town?

What kind of things do we get from each animal?

What type of foods do they like to eat?

Choose which animal you would have on your farm.
 
 

Step 4

Present your task in a slide show using either KidPix Deluxe or Kid Pix Three.
Draw your farm and write a sentence about why you chose your animal.
Be sure to draw your animal in the picture.
