Clear Water is Australia's newest marine park. It has been set up as a sanctuary to preserve the unique plant and animal species that exist in our oceans.

You have just been appointed to the position of park director.  It is your job includes selecting the species which should be included in the park.

The park will be used for research and education.

Task 1:

A group of Primary school students will be visiting the park next week.  Prepare an Information Sheet on FIVE of the sea creatures in your park.
You will need to print the Information Sheet to organise your information.  You will need five copies of this sheet (use a photocopier).

To help the students understand the Information Sheets better, you need to give a short talk on the THREE sea creatures you find the most interesting.
Choose the three you find most interesting and record your notes on worksheet2. Use it to prapare your presentation.

Present your Three Most Interesting Sea Creatures as either an ORAL PRESENTATION or as a multimedia show using KidPix, PowerPoint, Hyperstudia, MicroWorlds or an other software you may have available.
It must include pictures, diagrams or maps AND the Information Sheets and must clearly state why you found these three creatures the MOST interesting.
