Background
Now that you are rapidly
approaching young adulthood, it is high time that you took
responsibility for your breakfast needs. Because mum and dad
are very busy people, they will be happy to allow you to
take responsibility for your breakfast choices if you can
show that you will make responsible, healthy
selections.
If you can
demonstrate your mature judgement with the breakfast
selections, you will be rewarded by being treated as a young
adult in other aspects of your home life.

Your
Task
Compare and contrast at
least 5 breakfast cereals that you like the taste of to
determine the healthiest cereal. The consumer information
panel on the box [and the company web site] will
provide data about the cereals. Comparisons should be made
based upon sugar content, fat content and salt content. The
research sheet link below will assist you in comparing your
cereals.
Research what other
foods should be included with your chosen cereal to provide
a complete and balanced breakfast. You should include foods
from a variety of food groups
